After winning a competitive bid, Scientific Games Corporation has secured the contract to provide three of the JACK Entertainment casinos in Ohio with a suite of technology, gaming content and cabinet platforms.

Scientific Games will provide JACK an array of software, solutions and services for their JACK Cleveland Casino, JACK Cincinnati Casino and JACK ThistleDown Racino, a venue that offers a race track facility in combination with a casino.
JACK Entertainment Chief Executive, Matt Cullen, stated that they chose Scientific Games because they are the leader in systems innovation. He also stated that he is looking forward to completion of the upgrades and the enhanced system, once installed, will allow them the ability to streamline their processes and operations.
Scientific Games’ chief revenue officer, Bob Parente, commented that they are “honoured” to have been chosen to enter into partnership with JACK Entertainment; though this enterprise, they will be able to offer the most complete portfolio of solutions, applications, platforms and entertaining games available in the industry to the casino operator.
An all plattform system
Scientific Games will launch its SDS slot accounting solution; a slot-accounting and player-tracking system which works across Windows, UNIX and LINUX platforms, CMP player tracking system; which helps manage and evaluate the player database by gathering, tracking and reporting data via a user-friendly interface, TableView real-time table management product; which facilitates a paperless, electronic and instant rating process, which can also be integrated in to the CMV tracking and the iVIEW display manager; which allows the gaming operator to present marketing messages onto the main game screen.
JACK will also use the Bally Elite Bonusing Suite to offer automated, interactive in-game bonusing, promotions and rewards to their customers; all thisis expected to be installed and deployed at each venue by 30 June, 2016. Scientific Games will also connect the three venues’ player loyalty programmes with that of JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel Greektown, to allow enhanced player recognition and streamlined rewards for their visitors at all four properties.
